We’re looking for inquisitive minds with enthusiasm to learn. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, be determined, intelligent and passionate about a career in financial services.

During this two-week program, you’ll experience what it’s like working in our London offices and gain an understanding of our lines of business. We’ll show you how we serve clients and how all our businesses work together to help them meet their financial goals. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a mentor, meet with senior leaders, experience our world-class training and develop skills that will serve as an important foundation for your future career.

Program Experience

After orientation about our business principles and team building, you'll be assigned a mentor who will be available to help you during and after the two weeks. We'll spend the mornings in training clases to help you develop interview, presentation and communication skills. We'll talk about interviews, business etiquette and other helpful tips to get your career started in the right direction. You'll also hear from speakers, both senior and recent graduates of the program, about their experiences, career paths and advice.

Your afternoons will be spent with your mentor learning about our businesses. Through practical work experience, classroom training and networking events., we'll help you prepare for your career, build your experiences, and gain a better understanding of our firm and industry.
