What we offer

Experience the breadth of human resources strategies at one of the world’s largest financial services firm in this 10-week program. You’ll develop core skills that can be applied across the firm, as you build a powerful network.

On-the-job experience

You’ll work on compensation, recruiting, talent and development, and employee relations projects. Your tasks might include organizing speaker events and collaborating on succession plans.


The program begins with induction orientation, followed by on-the-job training. Interns also have access to networking, senior speaker and philanthropic events.

Career progression

You’ll complete the program prepared for your next career move. Interns may receive full-time employment offers.
