One of the principal functions of the Hong Kong office is to contribute to the operations and expansion of the firm's mainland China operations. In our Mumbai office, we support derivatives, foreign exchange and collateral products. Our activities include legal confirmations, both vanilla drafting and affirmation, settlements processing, metrics and reporting, trade capture reconciliation, portfolio collateral reconciliation, and client valuations for vanilla products. In addition, we support global client controls across products, including reference data management (such as identifiers for clients, issuers and instruments), client sponsorship, anti-money laundering operations functions, and account infrastructure.
In our Bangalore office, activities include, but are not limited to, reference data management, stock record, payments and settlements (P&S) processing, claims processing, client valuation analysis, futures and options processing, and stock and cash reconciliation. In Bangalore, we perform many core operations functions related to loan origination and trading, including confirmations, booking and administration, documentation tracking and management, and quality assurance.
In both Mumbai and Bangalore, we have teams in risk and control, change management, productivity, quality and reengineering.
