Proud to Be LGBT

Let's get one thing straight - there are lots of stereotypes and misconceptions surrounding the investment banking industry.

Aimed at Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) students, our Proud to Be event will dispel some of those misconceptions, and offer you a unique opportunity to discover what working at J.P. Morgan is really like.

What to expect

Based at our London headquarters, you'll meet LGBT employees, and hear about their experiences first-hand. In this informal setting, you'll be able to ask open questions and get honest answers.

You'll learn about why J.P. Morgan is a Stonewall Diversity Champion, and hear from members of J.P. Morgan's LGBT Employee Network - PRIDE. You'll get an overview of the industry and learn how the various parts of a global investment bank work together.

During the evening, you'll have the opportunity to network with senior business leaders as well as more junior employees who were in your position just a few years ago. They believe investment banking is an exciting and rewarding career choice - let us convince you too.

How to apply

In order to attend, you should be on-track for, or have obtained, a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any academic discipline from a U.K. university.
