What is The Experience?
The J.P. Morgan Launching Leaders Experience occurs every spring and is your chance to spend a full day at our global headquarters in New York City. During the Experience, you'll learn more about our top-ranked Summer Analyst internship programs in Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Research, and IB Risk. Throughout the day, you will have opportunities to talk candidly with our top people, get their advice, and discover if working at a leading investment bank, and at J.P. Morgan in particular, is right for you. Other activities include hands-on, interactive training sessions and on-the-desk job-shadows, so you can get a real sense of what we do day-to-day. And, we'll give you the inside scoop on how to make the best impression throughout the recruitment process.
This is an ideal opportunity to network with our people and meet your peers. One day may not seem like a particularly long time, but with a full schedule of events and plenty of J.P. Morgan people to meet, you won't just get a taste for working at J.P. Morgan - you'll be inspired to become one of our future leaders.

Who's eligible?
The Experience is open to Black, Hispanic and Native American freshmen and sophomores from any major with a minimum 3.5 GPA. You should be interested in learning more about Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Research, or IB Risk.
How do I apply?
Submit your résumé, cover letter and transcript by March 15, 2010. Answer the following question within your cover letter (one page maximum):
- Finance provides unique opportunities and challenges for those who choose to pursue it as a career. Describe why you're interested in this industry and how you are preparing for a finance internship - and in particular - an internship at J.P. Morgan.
