Spring Week: Inside the Industry

Designed for students who are passionate about working in the financial services industry, but aren't quite sure where they will best fit, Spring Week: Inside the Industry is open to undergraduates from any discipline who are studying across Europe, graduating in 2012.

Spring Week: Inside the Industry is regarded by previous attendees as one of the finest programmes of its kind. It is a comprehensive overview of Investment Banking. Our carefully constructed programme gives you a great insight into the different facets of our business and where you are most suited.

Throughout the week, you'll be introduced to the following divisions:

Asset Management
IB Risk
Investment Banking
Sales, Trading & Research

You'll participate in interactive presentations, case studies, workshadowing and recruiter workshops. You'll also network with senior business leaders and recent Analysts who were once in your position.

There's no question, you'll end your week with a vast amount of knowledge and skills you didn't have before, and have a clearer understanding of where you could fit in.

We recruit many of our interns and subsequent full-time Analysts through our pre-internship programmes, so there are very real career benefits to be gained from just one week with us.
