We offer payment, collection, liquidity, investment, information and trade finance products to small- and mid-sized companies, multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector entities around the globe. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to make a personal impact right from the start. After orientation and training, you will benefit from on-the-job experiences and networking opportunities, while handling real responsibilities throughout your summer internship. We hire most of our full-time Analysts from the pool of Summer Analysts, so you may find yourself returning to school with a full-time offer.

The magnitude of a Summer Analyst's job

As a Treasury Services Summer Analyst, you will work on solutions to help clients maximize the value of their working capital by optimizing their cash flows from transactions. Helping clients to make and receive payments, you will enable them to buy, finance and sell goods globally, invest and manage cash to increase their returns, and monitor and manage financial risks.

Through the nine-week Summer Analyst Program, you will have meaningful assignments and exposure to our businesses, managers and solution offerings for clients. You will be challenged to strategically assess situations and develop creative and workable solutions. Summer placement opportunities span across: Product Management, Sales, Segment, Strategy, and other functional areas.

Training and development

You'll experience world-class, hands-on training – both during orientation and throughout your internship. You will learn about J.P. Morgan’s history and its position as a leading global organization with a wide range of products and knowledge depth that enables us to serve our clients. With the support of dedicated training programs, you will gain technical and practical knowledge that will help you succeed as a Summer Analyst.

Summer Analysts will also benefit from real-time training from colleagues, teammates and hands-on experience working on the desk specific to your area of assignment, and networking sessions organized for you and your peers. Subject matter experts will provide additional insights on how key businesses and functions interact, both with each other and in relation to our clients. You'll be assigned a mentor and participate in group/peer coaching sessions, as well as meet regularly with your direct manager and program manager to discuss your performance.
