On-the-job experience
Each rotation builds on the information learned in the previous one, helping you build foundational knowledge and your core skillset. After the program, you'll join a Sales Support team where you will work with Client Advisors who manage relationships in specific channels.
Training
The Asset Management Client Analyst role is part of our three-year global Asset & Wealth Management Analyst Program. The program begins with a regional new hire orientation followed by a global training program in New York. Incoming Analysts from around the world gather to learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives and build their global peer networks. For the entirety of the program, you'll have formal and informal training opportunities.
Career Progression
During the program, you'll have the opportunity to rotate through Client Service, Funds Management, Institutional Sales and Marketing.
In Client Service, you'll learn to package investments into mutual funds and other vehicles in order to provide investment services to a broad range of clients.
Our Funds Management team delivers insights and investment solutions to intermediaries, including financial advisors, broker-dealer firms, and insurance companies. Our Institutional Sales business helps pension funds, defined contribution plans, endowments and foundations, insurance companies and sovereign wealth funds with insights and investment solutions. During your time in Marketing, you'll learn effective branding, advertising, communications and research strategies to enhance the client experience.
