Ashley: I'm part of our Rotational Managerial Program where I, I do three different jobs in two years. My current job is on the Lending Innovation Team. My team's role is to look at the lending industry and kind of turn it upside down, see what consumers are really looking for in that space and then leverage that to come up with new products. I kind of do a variety of things. I manage the demand management aspect of it, uh, where I'm really looking at what kind of resources do we need to execute each phase and how do we get those resources when we need them and what exactly we need. Anything from banners to email, anything that's driving that awareness but also driving the kinds of consumer behaviors that we're looking for. Another part of it is also driving the consumer experience.
