What we offer

You'll receive development opportunities that supplement and enhance your line of business training. We’re looking to develop tomorrow’s leaders through work experience, ongoing classroom and on-the-job training, and coaching opportunities from senior leaders.

Some J.P. Morgan products and services may not be available in certain regions. Depending on the businesses served by different candidates, they may work in J.P. Morgan offices either within mainland China or outside mainland China.


Our training is exceptional. You’ll start with business-specific orientation training of either two to eight weeks, followed by an overview of the China business. You will also receive various development opportunities including training, case studies, networking and coaching to enhance your professional skills.

On-the-job experience

You’ll learn from the well-respected professionals in the business, applying your knowledge, experiences and skills to help clients on a daily basis. Besides on-the-job training, you’ll have coaching opportunities from senior leaders along with structured training and development. You’ll have a clear career roadmap for expanding your skills.
