The ReEntry Program started in 2013 in New York and is now a global program.


What we offer

Beginning March 2018, this 14-week long program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after two or more years away. You’ll update existing skills and build new ones, interact with the firm’s leaders and be part of a community of peers going through a similar transition.

On-the-job experience

Depending on your area of expertise, you’ll work on real-life projects that reintroduce you to the firm and prepare you for your next position. You’ll also network with management while learning about our businesses and operations.


The first week of the program is dedicated to learning and development. You’ll update your professional and technical skills, and be paired with a mentor, who will provide the support and guidance you need to resume your career.

Career progression

Our goal is to place high performing participants who successfully complete the program into full-time positions with the firm.

Key skills

Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, technical, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills; prior relevant experience to the area in which you are applying is preferred.
