Wealth Management Financial Advisor Development Track

You’ll learn the fundamentals of working with clients in a service-oriented role. Our team will provide in-depth industry training and analysts will have active client engagement in our Client Service Center.

Valued qualities

We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for client service, with an interest in building the foundation for a career in wealth management providing financial advice, and a desire to pass the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and obtain a suite of FINRA licenses.

Key skills

You should have exceptional analytical, interpersonal and communication skills in addition to excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

Over the course of nine weeks, you’ll deepen your investment knowledge and skills through hands-on experience across the businesses in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

On-the-job experience

Your experience will include learning the foundations of the investments we offer and receiving dedicated time to study for and take the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam. You’ll participate in the Client Service Center Professional Program and provide customer support. You’ll utilize data analytics to measure operational effectiveness and track project management efforts for high visibility of our brands.

Training

We’ll complement your work experience with training designed to improve your leadership, technical and professional skills. Additionally, you’ll benefit from one-on-one coaching, and have access to networking events and our speaker series.

Career progression

High-performing interns who successfully complete the program may receive full-time offers into the Financial Advisor Development Track full-time program.
