Our employee networks build and support communities
More than 20,000 of our colleagues belong to over 70 business resource groups within the firm. These groups foster leadership and networking opportunities and advance the firm’s commitment to diversity and community involvement. Below provides a sample of the groups that help our employees build successful careers and reach their greatest potential.
Fosters a greater awareness and appreciation of the unique backgrounds, styles and perspectives of people with disabilities. Membership is open those affected by disabilities, care for people with disabilities, or are interested in disability issues.
Promotes professional development and leadership opportunities for Hispanic and Latino employees.

Autism at Work
Autism at Work hires qualified individuals on the autism spectrum into meaningful roles across the firm.
In Asia Pacific, we are part of CareER’s network; through which we are connected to students with disabilities in Hong Kong and help encourage them to develop their careers.
In the U.K., we partner with EmployAbility, MyPlus Students' Club and Rare to invite students with disabilities and from ethnic minority backgrounds to apply for our internship and early-insights program.
In the U.S.A., we engage with students with disabilities or long-term health conditions through a partnership with Lime Connect. We also work with INROADS and SEO Career to help develop and place diverse college students in business and industry.
