What you can do
Work in a collaborative team in one of three primary areas—investment, client facing, and support teams.
Includes portfolio managers, research analysts, investment specialists, traders and other professionals who contribute to the management of investment strategies.
These teams are further organized by asset class:

Develop and support relationships with our clients. Our client facing teams have exposure to multiple asset classes, and are organized into four teams:
- Institutional Sales: Oversees the firm’s relationships with institutional clients, looking for customized investment solutions
- Advisor Solutions Sales: Works with financial advisors and investment consultants to provide mutual funds, exchange-traded funds and other investment portfolios
- Marketing: Takes an integrated approach to researching products, developing new business, executing marketing strategies and ensuring a consistent client experience.
- Client Services: Deliver “service alpha” across the entire life cycle of a client through a first class, differentiated and scalable client service experience.
Includes Technology, Operations, Finance & Business Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Control Management and Human Resources.
These teams help enable our business to operate smoothly—creating systems, processes and controls to ensure our investment portfolios and business are managed efficiently in adherence with regulations, and in line with client expectations.
