Our interview process is not only a chance for us to get to know you better, but for you to learn more about us too. If you are advanced to the next step of the process, we'll contact you with interview details. This can be conducted by phone, virtually or in person, depending on the opportunity and where you are in the process.

How to prepare

Our team will evaluate your qualifications, skills and interest for the role. Stay up to date on the news, both general and firm-specific, so you can speak from a place of knowledge and confidence. Be ready to share specific examples of your previous experience that reflect transferrable skills to the opportunity you are applying for. Prepare questions for our team, so you can learn more about the opportunity and our firm. For virtual or phone interviews, test technology and connection prior to your interview to avoid any last-minute technical difficulties. And make sure you take the interview from a quiet, uninterrupted area. Most importantly, relax and be yourself - we can’t wait to meet you.

Additional information for student programs

Interview processes vary by program, but will typically include multiple rounds.

We'll invite you to participate in a video interview, powered by HireVue. Our recruiting team and hiring managers want to meet the person behind the resume, so use this as an opportunity to highlight your experiences, skills and interest in the role. If you have applied for a technical position, you may be also asked to complete a series of coding challenges.

Before you record your video responses, you have unlimited time to practice to help you get comfortable with the technology first. Once you start recording your video response, you will also have one opportunity to re-record each response if desired. The video responses you submit will be valid for 6 months and to save you time, may be used for other similar positions you apply to.

If you are advanced to the final round, you'll be invited for an in-person or virtual interview to meet more members of our team face to face. We'll ask a mix of behavioral, technical and situational questions so we can better understand your academic and professional experience. And remember – while interviews are a great opportunity for us to get to know you, you should get to know us too, be sure to think of some questions to ask!
