What is pymetrics?

Pymetrics is a series of behavior based neuroscience games that objectively measure cognitive, social and behavioral attributes. Pymetrics leverages advanced technology to help JPMorgan Chase look beyond your resume and understand more about your natural strenghts to identify which roles you are most likely to succeed in. 

How does it work?

You'll play a series of 12 games that measure the attributes that make you, you! There are no right or wrong answers - we're looking at how you approach problems, not specific solutions.  

And pymetrics is just a piece of the process. Our people still consider all application materials – including in-person or virtual interviews – when making hiring decisions.
