Work Experience Program

You’ll join us for a week work experience. Under the guidance of a mentor, you’ll spend time in one of our businesses as well as enjoy structured courses on practical skills such as resume writing, interview techniques and presentations. We’ll help you determine if a career in financial services is right for you.

Valued qualities

We’re looking for curious and enthusiastic students aged 14 to 18 interested in learning about our industry and our firm. You should be able to collaborate in teams, flexible, adaptable and a quick learner. We’re looking for highly motivated students from diverse backgrounds interested in getting a head start on their future careers.

On-the-job experience

In this structured one-week program, you’ll learn through seminars, interactive presentations, case studies and group exercises. You’ll have a host who will help you make the most of your experience and the opportunity to network with managers, recent graduates and others in the business in order to expand your professional network. At the end of the week, you’ll give a presentation on your experience, helping you continue to hone your communication skills.
