Find out what to expect so you can set yourself up for success

Interview format.
Soon after the application deadline, we will contact successful applicants to schedule an interview. Processes vary by program, and may include anywhere from one to three rounds of interviews, conducted by varying levels of business representatives and recruiters.

Research and rehearse.
Stay up-to-date on the news, both general and firm-specific, so you can speak from a place of knowledge and confidence. Set up a mock interview with friends or family so you can practice your responses. For virtual interviews, test technology prior to your interview to avoid any last-minute technical difficulties.

Interview etiquette.
No matter the format, be on time, dress appropriately, and conduct yourself in a professional manner. When in doubt about appropriate attire, ask your school's career services department for input.

For virtual interviews, make sure your settings and background reflect how you want the interviewer to see you. Take the virtual or phone interview from a quiet, uninterrupted area.

Most importantly, relax and be yourself. We know the interview process can be nerve-racking, but we honestly want to get to know the real you.

Send a thank-you note.
After the interview, be sure to send a thank-you letter to the interviewer(s). We will contact you to share news of your candidacy, so please be patient as you wait to hear from us.
