2013
- Joined JPMorgan Chase as Executive Director, Storage Services Technology
  - New York, New York, United States
2017
- Completed the Technology Executive Leaders Program
  - Tiffany was nominated to be a part of a six-month JPMorgan Chase program designed for women in technology to enhance their leadership excellence.
2018
- Promoted to Managing Director – Head of Global Storage Technology
  - New York, New York, United States
2018
- Took Ignite Communities of Practice global
  - JPMorgan Chase technologists built a grassroots network, forming small local communities to expand their tech capability and skills. Tiffany helped expand the network into a global program, offering personal development for all technologists at the firm.
2018
- Became a community lead of the JPMorgan Chase Diversity & Inclusion Council for Global Technology
  - Tiffany is co-lead of the JPMorgan Chase Black Community, celebrating the influence of black technologists at the firm. She is still a lead today.
2021
- Promoted to current role –Head of Product for Employee Compute and Retail Branch
  - Tiffany leads the technology team that streamlines the systems our employees and retail branches depend on every day.
