Modern Apprenticeship

You will cultivate your customer service skillset and learn customer service principles through classroom study and hands-on application. Upon conclusion of this 18-months program, you will be positioned to earn a valuable, industry-recognised qualification.

This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive introduction to customer service within financial services, and the chance to obtain a qualification alongside valuable work experience at our Edinburgh offices.

You’ll develop your professional network, hear from senior leaders and learn from industry experts. By applying your classroom learning to meaningful contributions for our business, you’ll gain technical and practical skills that will benefit your career.

On-the-job experience

You’ll join one of our teams, contributing to our business from day one, while studying for your qualification. 

Training

You will have a dedicated study/development day each week. Your qualification will be administered through our external trainer, which is partnered with our internal training team to ensure you have the best chance of success.

Career Progression

Upon successful completion of the program, you could be offered a full-time position within the call center.
