This apprenticeship program at our Bournemouth & London offices offers a comprehensive introduction to the world of financial services and the chance to obtain industry-recognized qualifications while working alongside our expert professionals.

You’ll develop your professional network, hear from senior leaders and learn from the best in the business. By applying your classroom learning to make meaningful contributions to our business, you’ll have both the technical and practical skills to take your career in any direction.

What you'll do

While your day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on your team, you’ll make a meaningful contribution to our business from the beginning. We have apprentices work in cash management, settlement, project management roles, anti-money laundering, vendor management, trade support functions, accounting and many other areas of operations.

You’ll gain the skills needed to take your career in any direction you want. We’ll also help you develop your communication, presentation and other softer skills through networking events, senior speaker series and mentoring opportunities.


Who we're looking for

We’re looking for highly motivated students who have a passion for financial services and who are looking to get ahead in their careers. You should have a drive to learn new skills and the flexibility to take on different tasks. Those who are good time managers and hard workers do well in this intense program that combines work and study.


Key skills

You’ll need strong communication and collaboration skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and a drive to learn will spark our interest.


Entry requirements

The UCAS equivalence of 3 C grades at A-Level or other qualification with no grade below C.
