During your day in New York, you’ll meet and network with leaders in our businesses to learn more about our firm, what we do and how we support our employees. You’ll hear about how we’re fostering an award-winning culture of diversity, equity & inclusion where all backgrounds, experiences and ideas are valued. We’ll help you discover which one of our internship programs best fits your skills and career goals.

Besides having a desire to work in financial services, we’re looking for those who are active in their communities, who advocate for themselves and others, and who are intellectually curious. You’ll bring strong leadership and communication skills as well as excellent organizational, planning and creative thinking skills.

On-the-job experience

You’ll meet with LGBT members of the firm as well as allies and senior leaders, adding to your professional network. We’ll help prepare you for the interview process, putting you on a fast track for one of our internship programs. Those who join us from this Early Insights program will be assigned a mentor to help with your transition into JPMorgan Chase and navigating the firm’s many opportunities.

 

Career Progression

Successful candidates who have completed internships with us may be invited to join us in a full-time role.
