Sophomore Edge is a program that provides an immersive training experience into the world of banking for historically underrepresented segments in the field of financial services, specifically Black, Hispanic and Native American students. Talented students will be exposed to the finance industry and different career paths through a series of in-person events and virtual sessions.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for students with an interest in learning more about working in financial services or technology. Sophomore Edge is a program that seeks to provide training experiences for historically underrepresented segments in the field of financial services, including Black, Hispanic and Native American students. We're accepting registration forms from sophomores (class of winter 2021 and spring 2022) in any major; however, students must have authorization to work in the United States. A GPA of 3.2 is preferred but not required.

To register for the program, you must first complete the registration form while submitting your resume and unofficial transcipt. You'll then need to complete a video response, which will be sent to you via email within one week after registering.
In order for us to get to know you a little better, you're required to submit a video response powered by HireVue. The video link will be sent to you within one week via email after you submit the registration form. This gives you an opportunity to tell us more about your interests and bring your resume to life! The start of the program is a two-day conference where you'll be exposed to the world of banking, learn about the JPMorgan Chase culture and discover our different career paths. Your development will continue after the event with our virtual community, equipping you with career advice and guidance to successfully secure an internship.

Upon registration, you will become part of our Student Talent Network and will begin receiving updates on news, events and programs at JPMorgan Chase. Within 1 week of your registration, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to submit a video response powered by HireVue. If you are invited to attend Sophomore Edge, you'll be notified by mid-February 2020 and our team will work with you to arrange for domestic round-trip travel and hotel accommodations.
