Begin your career as a Financial Advisor
We’re looking for people who can create lasting relationships with our customers, while helping them plan for their financial future. Our Advisor Development Program is for those who may not have ever seen themselves working in financial services, and the perfect opportunity to transition from another role or a break from the workforce.
This 24-36 month rotational program provides you with banking and investments knowledge and all of the mentorship and coaching needed to become a successful Financial Advisor at Chase. You'll tap our network to build your own advisory business and we'll help you along the way - right down to our supportive base pay and compensation structure.
Who we're looking for
We’re looking for people with diverse backgrounds, thoughts and work experience. You should be an innovative thinker, eager to learn, and enjoy a fast-paced, highly productive environment with a strong desire to help meet the needs of our customers.
Those who join the program are expected to successfully pass the Securities Industry Essentials exam, Series 7, Series 66, and Life and Health insurance exam with training and support from the program.
You should have a bachelor’s degree and three-five years of experience in delivering exceptional customer service with a demonstrated aptitude for client relationship management. At this time, the program will not be considering candidates with current FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and 66 licenses.
