Learn more about our Work Experience program

You’ll join us in-person and online for work experience that will provide you with practical expertise, such as CV and interview techniques, networking skills, and opportunities to showcase these with peers and JPMorganChase staff. You will gain insight into the work we do, as well as access and exposure to the teams that help create positive impact for our customers, clients, and communities. 

Valued qualities

We’re looking for curious and enthusiastic students aged 14 to 16 (Year 10-11 in England and S3-S4 in Scotland), who are interested in learning about the financial services industry. 

You’ll start with a virtual workshop designed to help you make the most of your time with us. You will then convene in-person at a JPMorganChase office over two days, engaging in interactive learning, networking, and skill-building sessions. After the in-person experience, you’ll be able to apply what you learn in a culminating virtual workshop designed to further augment your professional development.
