You’ll work on three teams over the course of two years, adding value to the business functions and live projects. You'll enjoy unique experiences, while learning about our business operations and mangement through your rotations in areas such as Controls, Compliance, Real Estate, and Operations.These teams span lines of business and functions, giving you an overview of how our businesses work together and helping you develop the skills to take your career in many different directions.
In analytics, you’ll analyze and present key performance metrics and create and update critical reports for senior managers. In project management, you’ll work with various functions on projects critical to business needs. As part of process improvement, you’ll look for ways to better our operations by assessing risks, costs and benefits of different alternatives. In risk and control, you’ll look for control gaps, operational risk improvements and work on compliance and regulatory initiatives.
