AIDAN FLANAGAN:
Hey, I am Aidan Flanagan. I am an analyst in the Corporate Client Banking Specialized Industries Group, specifically covering real estate clients. My office is based in New York. I would describe what I do as being the main contact point for the small and mid-cap real estate clients. I am a coverage team. Meaning that if the client needs anything, they come to our team and we make sure we connect them to the right partner within the firm. I've been at JPMorgan about three years now, starting back when I was an intern in New York. Did about two years in Chicago, and now back full-time in New York. It's been great working for a company that provides me the opportunity to work internationally. It was effortless to work between different cities. Me, personally, I think, sustainability is really important. In 2020, they made a commitment for 2.5 trillion dollars of green financing and ESG, in general. For me, it's been something I love dedicating my time to and trying to support our clients to achieve their own goals. To hopefully have a tangible impact and work at a firm that cares about it, when it's my own personal value is empowering. We can see real tangible effects of our impact on the ecosystem. And so, we have to come up with ways to mitigate it. Trying to teach myself how to play piano again. Building good habits and realizing that when you get lazy or when you think you don't have time, that's when skills start to deteriorate. And I think the same lesson is applicable to work.
[CLAP]
Favorite restaurant, probably be Thai Diner. So, I could probably live off Pad Thai for the rest of my life. It'd be a short life, but it'd be a happy one.
[LAUGHS]
My day in three words would be detailed, execution, client-focused. I can put a hyphen in there. Never be afraid to ask to be challenged. All right? Thanks, everyone.
