Development Program

You’ll work on strategic projects including using data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, developing new digital features or functions, project management, marketing and media initiatives, or evaluating business strategies while maintaining controls and following regulations.

Many of our Analysts have been involved in the redesign of our branches or monitoring and analyzing data in our social media feeds to improve our products. These types of projects help formulate business strategies to drive growth and improve customer service.

In this two-year program, with three 8-month rotations, you will gain a solid understanding of our customers, products, services and strategies through a series of rotations across one or more of our Chase businesses: Auto, Business Banking, Card, Chase Commerce Solutions, Chase Wealth Management, Consumer and Mortgage, and the Marketing & Communications function. You’ll do meaningful work identifying new business opportunities, building a stronger customer experience, or enhancing our risk and controls framework.

On-the-job experience

Your projects may include using data analytics to measure operational effectiveness; business case development for new digital features or functionality; conference planning and project management for high visibility brand, marketing & media initiatives; dashboard creation to track key metrics; or assisting with creating/refreshing website content for core Chase products or services.

Training

You’ll begin with a one-week orientation at our headquarters in New York City. Over the course of the program, you’ll have access to professional and leadership development training, networking, business deep dives and one-on-one mentorship.

Career Progression

After successfully completing the full-time program, highly-motivated Analysts have the opportunity to move into track-related positions in other groups or businesses.
