Compliance Associate Program

While day-to-day work various based on your team, you’ll interact with senior management, develop working knowledge of regulations and laws that apply to our businesses in various locations, gain a comprehensive understanding of business strategy and collaborate in global teams. You’ll use your analytical skills to evaluate risk related to our controls across lines of business.

By making sure our businesses are doing the right thing, they’re free to innovate and develop new products and services, knowing we’re upholding the highest standards.

Valued qualities

We’re looking for professionals pursuing a JD or other advanced degree from a variety of backgrounds, experience and skills to join our team. We expect you to have the highest standards of integrity and professionalism with a strong work ethic. You’ll need to have strong attention to detail and be able to see the big picture. We’re looking for independent, analytical thinkers who can quickly adapt to new situations. You should be able to communicate clearly with all types of people and provide advice to our businesses.

Key skills

We’re looking for those who are honest, curious, collaborative, well-rounded and motivated. You should have an interest in business, finance and the law as well as the ability to apply what you know to complex situations.

This 10-week program offers Summer Associates an opportunity to work with professionals across Compliance assisting on projects that directly impact how we do business.

On-the-job experience

As a Summer Associate on the Compliance team, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look  into the execution of the Compliance framework, whether you work in a core function or in an advisory role within a line of business.

Training

Throughout the 10-weeks, you'll work alongside Compliance professionals and gain insight into a career in compliance all the while having access to speaker series and networking opportunities.

Career Progression

Our Summer Associate program will prepare you for your next career move. Associates who successfully complete the program may receive offers of full-time employment in Compliance starting after graduation.
