Jumpstart your career in financial services

INROADS, SEO Career and JPMorgan Chase have partnered to develop an exclusive immersive training program for sophomore INROADS candidates, called Financial Services Institute (FSI). FSI is a program that provides a training experience into the world of banking for historically underrepresented segments, specifically self-identified Black students.

As part of JPMorgan Chase's commitment through Advancing Black Pathways, our aim is to expand the firm's recruitment of Black Americans while also strengthening education and job training, grow careers, and promote wealth. Advancing Black Pathways is JPMorgan Chase's expanded initiative to increase economic opportunity and growth for Black Americans.

Through a virtual career training program powered by SEO Career, FSI will help prepare you to apply for a 2022 summer internship program at JPMorgan Chase. A successful summer internship experience at JPMorgan Chase can serve as a platform for a full-time analyst position at the firm following graduation.
