We care about the customer experience, which is why we allow businesses and merchants to access our products and services through the creation of a common JPMorgan Chase API store. The store allows customers to add simple, secure payments to their software.
We use techniques like anomaly detection to find unusual data and outliers, helping us protect the firm and our clients.
Optimal Character Recognition (OCR) – when it comes to onboarding a new client, there’s an army of human operators who look at their financial statements and interpret the document.
The use of tools such as Natural Language Processing helps us analyze speaking and writing patterns to detect insights and meaning in communications. This enables our teams to optimize and personalize client and customer service. |
We help streamline our manual day-to-day processes and simplify tasks to save time by applying data analytics to all our internal processes. This frees us to better use our employees’ skills to serve customers and improve our businesses.
