While day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on your placement, you’ll build skills around the program’s core disciplines, gain key professional competencies and build experiences to take your career in many different directions.

You’ll analyze and present key performance metrics for senior managers. Working with teams such as Strategy, Digital, Cyber Security, Operations, Finance and Risk Management and Controls, you'll help to drive change by identifying ways we can improve and have ownership of initiatives through to completion. You'll develop an understanding of the key principles of project management, and engage with business stakeholders and work on compliance or regulatory initiatives across businesses.

We want thosewho are keen to rotate and learn new skills through a variety of roles within the firm. You should be able to take large amounts of information, determine what’s important and use that to develop innovative solutions, while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

This two-year rotational program offers the unique opportunity to sharpen your technical, analytical and leadership skills. You'll have three eight-month rotations within the program's core disciplines – analytics, project management, and process improvement – across our lines of business and corporate functions. This program is designed to help you develop general management and operations experience and skills, giving you flexibility in your career direction.

On-the-job experience

You’ll work on three teams over the course of two years, adding value to the business functions and live projects.  You'll enjoy unique experiences, while learning about our business operations and mangement through your rotations in areas such as Controls, Compliance, Real Estate, and Operations.These teams span lines of business and functions, giving you an overview of how our businesses work together and helping you develop the skills to take your career in many different directions.

In analytics, you’ll analyze and present key performance metrics and create and update critical reports for senior managers. In project management, you’ll work with various functions on projects critical to business needs. As part of process improvement, you’ll look for ways to better our operations by assessing risks, costs and benefits of different alternatives.

Training

You’ll start with two weeks of training that provides an overview of the firm, our businesses and the industry.  We also offer networking opportunities for you to begin meeting colleagues across the globe and opportunities to hear from senior leaders. You'll have access to our dedicated global program management team that coaches and supports analysts throughout the two-year program.
