Working on one of our dynamic teams, your day-to-day will vary based on your team and what’s going on in the markets. You will use your passion and critical thinking skills to solve real business problems, innovate new client offerings outside of our traditional products, work on complex mathematical models and cutting-edge methodologies, collaborate with our development teams using machine learning techniques, and analyze data to come up with innovative insights for clients.

You’ll also write reports, build updated financial models, and support multi-billion dollar transactions.

Build the skills and knowledge to take your financial services career in any direction imaginable. You’ll join either our sales, trading and research team and begin to make a difference for clients from the beginning. By collaborating across sales, trading and research, you’ll learn the heart of our trading business and develop market expertise.

On-the-job experience

In our sales and trading, you’ll work to develop sophisticated mathematical models and cutting-edge methodologies. You’ll innovate new products and come up with new ways to use technology to help the firm and our clients.

In research, you’ll help influence significant decisions about our businesses and investments by analysing companies and markets. You’ll support large transactions and work directly with large institutional clients to make recommendations.

Training

You will start with six to seven weeks of training with your global colleagues.

We’ll help you prepare for licensing exams and equip you with all the technical skills needed for your job. We’ll also help you hone your softer skills and begin to build your global network through senior speaker series, events and other activities. Our robust continuing education program will make sure you’re always growing, learning and adding new skills so you can take your career in any direction.

Career Progression

Motivated analysts will be on-track to be promoted to associate. You’ll also gain the foundational knowledge needed to move to other roles in the firm or take an assignment in a different region.
