Provide advice across a variety of HR disciplines to employees and managers in business units, functions and countries they support.
Responsible for the development and governance of employee policies. Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on a broad range of workplace issues.
Focus on the design and implementation of leading compensation, benefits and wellness programs for our global workforce.
Serve as advisors to leaders across the firm in helping them build and promote an inclusive work environment. Develop diversity programs and activities for all employees.
Help identify and attract the best people to the firm, from college campuses to experienced professionals.
Create and implement leadership programs and management training to help managers develop and grow throughout their career. Work with leaders across the firm to have succession plans in place for all key manager roles.
Manage key processes, including on and off-boarding, payroll and other transactions throughout the employee lifecycle.
Manage the support and delivery of technology solutions to the human resources function, as well as managers and employees who access HR technology tools.
